The National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia has officially extended the deadline for
individuals to submit their income declarations.
In its second and final reading, Parliament passed amendments to the Tax Code that push the
deadline to November 1 for the years 2025 and 2026. Starting from 2027, the deadline will be set at
July 1.
Why this matters:
This extension gives individuals more time to prepare and submit their annual tax
declarations—reducing pressure and aligning reporting timelines more realistically with the
financial year.
Stay tuned for updates on how these changes might affect reporting requirements and digital
submission systems.
