From July 1, 2025, all employment contracts, modifications, and terminations in Armenia must be completed electronically, according to article 102.2, parts 1 and 6 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia and Government Decision No. 410-N (April 10, 2025).
The new digital platform, managed by the State Revenue Committee, will connect with oversight agencies such as the Health and Labor Inspectorate and the Migration Service. Both employers and employees will access the system through secure online portals to manage employment records.
